- NZ $10 million: (a) bonds; (b) listed equities; (c) philanthropy; (d) property development (new residential or new/existing commercial or industrial); and (e) Growth Category acceptable investments direct investments and/or investments in managed.
- Investment timeline: 5 years
- Physical residency requirements: 105 days throughout 5 years. Every extra NZD 1M invested in direct investments or managed funds will permit to knock-off 14 days – up to a maximum deduction of 42 days.
