Grenada Citizenship Program
The Citizenship by Investment Program in Grenada aims to offer investors, applicants, and their families the chance to obtain an alternative citizenship while investing in a real estate venture in Grenada. To qualify for the program, applicants must commit to a financial contribution of at least USD 150,000 as a government donation or invest a minimum of USD 220,000 in a real estate project. Upon successfully completing the program, applicants and their families are awarded lifetime citizenship in Grenada.

Requirements
- Be over 18 years old.
- Have no criminal record.
- Provide all the required documents in English.
- Make a qualifying donation or investment.
Donation
- USD 150,000 for a single applicant.
- USD 200,000 for applicant and up to 3 dependants. USD 25,000 for each additional dependent
- Acquisition of approved real estate with a minimum value of USD 350,000 to be held for at least five years.
Share Investment Real Estate
- Purchase a share in authorised real estate with a minimum value of USD 220,000, which must be held for at least five years.
- Additional fees apply, such as Due Diligence, Application, Processing fees and other Government fees.
- Your must submit your application through a government-authorised agent.
